We’re delighted to announce Card Cutters is now a part of DNA Payments Group, joining a larger group of payments solution providers.

As part of the DNA Payments Group, you’ll have access to a range of new quality and bespoke payment services and products.

Your existing contracts are unlikely to be affected, and your Card Cutters team is still here to support and care for your needs. As a result of Card Cutters working alongside our DNA teams, we’re sure that we’ll be able to provide more solutions and services of the highest quality and security levels as part of our Group.

Card Cutters is now part of the DNA Payments Group, and together with DNA teams, we’ll work extremely hard to develop and implement new services and goals that align with our Group. We aim to provide Card Cutters’ customers with a range of niche and high-quality solutions and services at very competitive rates.

Card Cutters will exist as the brand you know, and even the logo will be similar for now. All that’ll change is the ownership and the broadening of Card Cutters’ products and solutions offering as part of the Group.

In short, it’s business-as-usual. Card Cutters’ team is there to support as they’ve always done, so there’s no need to worry, and you can continue using Card Cutters’ service as usual.

Although it’s business-as-usual for you as a customer, once Card Cutters’ offering and procedures align with ours, we’ll be ready to provide something new and exciting to you as a customer, with lots of exciting future developments, modern terminals, products, and niche opportunities.

Your accounts, invoicing, and contracts with Card Cutters will remain the same as before, and we’ll communicate changes in a timely fashion.

There’ll be no changes to your contract, so any Terms & Conditions you agreed to with Card Cutters, including settlement procedures, will remain the same.

You should send invoices to the same contacts; this process may change over time which will be subsequently communicated.

The new level of support available will provide Card Cutters’ customers access to even better customer services than before. We’ll be expanding Card Cutters’ customer support and investing in the medium to long term.
